About Us

Cook Industries began in Warren, Michigan in the late 1980s. The business had previously been named Salerno Industries. Carl Cook and Tom Stock worked for decades for Salerno and when the Salerno family was ready to retire they took over and renamed the business Cook Industries. The location then moved to the existing building. In 2019 the Cook family finally retired and Jamie Pangborn took over ownership continuing the quality and craftsmanship that has been going on for decades.
